These License Terms explain how our music may be used after purchase. By purchasing or downloading music from this website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All music sold on this website is owned and copyrighted by Brooklyn Boon / Brooklyn Boon LLC.

Purchasing music does not transfer ownership or copyright unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Personal Download License (Listening Only)

What’s allowed

    •    Personal listening and enjoyment

    •    Offline playback

    •    Use on personal devices

What’s NOT allowed

    •    Use in videos, podcasts, films, games, apps, or ads

    •    Uploading to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or streaming platforms

    •    Redistribution, resale, or sharing

    •    Claiming the music as your own

This license is for personal use only.

3. Creator / Content License

This license allows music use in online content.

Allowed uses

    •    YouTube videos

    •    Social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X)

    •    Podcasts

    •    Personal or monetized creator content

Restrictions

    •    No TV, radio, film, or paid advertising

    •    No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution

    •    Music may not be registered with Content ID or similar systems

Credit is required unless otherwise stated:

4. Commercial License

This license allows use in business and commercial projects.

Allowed uses

    •    Advertisements

    •    Brand content

    •    Websites & apps

    •    Corporate videos

    •    Client projects

Restrictions

    •    No resale of the music as a standalone product

    •    No claiming ownership or authorship

    •    License is non-exclusive unless stated otherwise

Credit is appreciated but not required unless specified.

5. Film / Broadcast License (Custom)

Use in:

    •    Films

    •    TV shows

    •    Documentaries

    •    Games

    •    Streaming platforms

Requires written approval and custom pricing.

6. Exclusive License

An exclusive license grants sole usage rights to one buyer.

Terms

    •    Music will no longer be sold or licensed to others

    •    Scope, duration, and territory are defined in writing

Exclusive licenses are final and non-refundable.

7. Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

You may NOT:

    •    Resell, share, or distribute the music

    •    Upload to stock libraries or marketplaces

    •    Use the music in illegal, hateful, or offensive content

    •    Register the music with Content ID or similar systems

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once files are delivered.

9. License Termination

Any violation of these terms immediately terminates your license, and legal action may be taken.
